How to Make a Request

  • Requests may be made in person, by phone, by mail, or by email.

  • No specific form is required.

  • You are not required to provide your name or explain why you are requesting the records.

  • Fees authorized by Florida law may apply for copies or extensive services. An estimate will be provided before significant work begins.

  • Records that are confidential or exempt under state or federal law, including protected student information, will be redacted or withheld as required by law.
